LifeShopping has been bridging the gap between high-end furniture and individuals who appreciate sleek, modern designs .As a new company ,we were deter-mined to create designer furniture with the same careful construction and longevity as the original pieces; we were able to achieve this goal by removing resellers and expensive showrooms from our business plan.

A part of my product broke. Can I buy spare parts from you?

At the moment, we don’t sell spare parts for any of our pieces.

I want to add another product to my order. How do I do that?

If you want additional items on your order, the best way to do this is by placing an additional order through our website.

We cannot make amendments or changes to orders after they are placed, so be sure to confirm the contents of your cart before checking out.

How much is shipping?

We calculate your shipping fee based on the total cost of the products your are purchasing.

How do l return an order?

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

Please get in contact with us within 7 days from receiving your order and we will solve this for you.

Where is my order?

If you'd like to track where you order is, you can do this by going to our Track Order page and entering your order number.

What is the lead time of your products?

We sell in stock products and made to order products, so the lead time can vary. If you place an order consisting of a mixture of made to order and in stock products, it will always be the item with the longest lead time that will determine the overall lead time for the order.

What happens after l place my order?

Once you’ve placed the order on our website, you will be sent an order confirmation, stating what products you’ve purchased, the price you paid etc. Once the order is ready at the warehouse, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

Thousands of our customers will agree that it is easy to order products from LifeShopping. Simply select the material, colour and amount of the product you want to purchase and then click on the ‘Buy’ button.

This takes you to your Shopping Basket, where you can choose either to ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Proceed to Checkout’. At this stage, you will be asked to enter your details (which can be used to create an account, if you wish). You then choose your method of payment and review your order (with the option of changing it).

Once you are sure of the products you want to buy, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Now you start the actual ordering process, which consists of three simple steps:

  1. Provide your contact information and payment methods you wish to use.
  2. Then enter your payment information.
  3. In the third step, you will receive an order confirmation for your purchase. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card – there is nothing else you need to do. Please note payment is taken immediately.
